What is the charm made out of?
The charm is 14K gold-plated pewter. The necklace does contain nickle but if you would like a nickle free necklace please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can defintely accomdate your request.
How long is the chain?
The chain is 18"L with a 2" extender chain
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our jewelry comes packaged and ready to be gifted to yourself or someone else inside a mini Packed Party package with white and gold stuffing. Mini Packed Party's are 5x5x2.
Can I add a gift message to my package?
Yes! Fill out the gift message section on the product page and we will include this with your package at no additional charge.
Can I have my door say something custom beyond the numbers?
You can add "APT", "Ste", "Unit" or State abbreviation in front of your numbers or simply choose a zip code, but because the charm is small we are unable to add more than 6 characters. Writing names or states is not recommended.
Can I select the font style for my numbers to be written in?
No. All fonts are custom to fit the charm engraved on for visibility and quality.
How many characters can I use as my door number?
There is space for up to 6 characters that can be engraved. This can be numbers and or letters. For legibility special characters such as "#" are not recommended.
How long will it take to get my jewelry?
Once we receive your order, we are able to create your custom jewelry and prepare it for shipping in approximately 1-2 weeks from the order date. Please note that this time frame does not apply during the following holidays: Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day. Orders placed during these times may take up to 15 business days to create and ship. Visit out shipping page for more information regarding shipping costs and times.
Can I have my order rushed?
Yes, absolutely! If you need your Party Favor faster than the 2 week fulfillment time email us at email@example.com and we will see if we are able to accommodate your request!
Can I wear my jewelry all the time?
To keep your jewelry looking its very best, we recommend not wearing it while swimming (pools/hot tubs, ocean) or bathing. Chlorine and other household chemicals or cleaning agents can tarnish your jewelry and even residue from soap, shampoo, perfume (spray perfume before putting on your jewelry and let it dry) etc. can make your jewelry look dull.
The chain on this peice is very dainty so please be gentle when taking it off so that your chain does not get caught on anything and potentially break.
What if my necklace comes with the wrong number?
If there is an error in personalization on your piece we will replace the piece and the shipping will be waived if it is our fault. Packed Party will not replace a piece that was mistyped or written in error by the customer. All customer order errors can be revised, but will subject to a fee. Please Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
One of my charms has fallen off, what can I do?
We understand that charms sometimes get caught and pulled off of chains. We are happy to re-solder any charm free of charge up to 30 days from date of shipment. There will, however, be a $10 return shipping fee. After 30 days, there is a nominal soldering charge of $5/charm + $10 return shipping.
Can I change my order after it is placed?
If you would like to cancel or change your order please call or email us within 30 minutes of placing the order at email@example.com. Please keep in mind that our system is designed to ship orders quickly and efficiently for customers. Therefore, we cannot change an order once it has entered production.
All Packed Party products are guaranteed for normal wear and tear for up 100 days. If your piece is damaged upon arrival please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damaged piece and we will replace the item.
Due to the original nature of each piece, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on The Doorstep Necklace. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
However, if the product is determined to be damaged or defective within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost.
