Portland, ME Party Guide

For our third vacation spot of our summer guide, we decided to head to Maine. You didn’t think we’d forget about you, right East Coast Party Girls?! Portland’s brick buildings and quaint harbors almost make us feel like we’re on a European getaway. Although Maine is known for its coastline and seafood, the charm of Portland has stolen our heart. Check below and see our must-do’s of Portland:

Mercury Inn

This ultra hip Inn looks as if Anthropologie had a little hotel baby. The Mercury Inn is a renovated Victorian House, with bright colors and super chic rooms. Fresh breakfast is served daily (even though we still end up at brunch too, #oops) and the innkeepers are so friendly and helpful!

Sail the day away

  • Set sail and party on a boat with your girls, Beb! Pack a picnic and take a 2 hour boat ride to Casco Bay, or find your balance on one of their Yoga Sail Trips.

Grab a sweet treat at The Holy Donut

  • As always, whenever we adventure a new city, we need to find the best place to satisfy our sweet tooth. The vintage charm and oh-so-tasty donuts at Holy Donut make it the perfect spot to stop for an afternoon treat.

Dance the night away at Bubba’s Sulky Lounge

  • What’s better than being silly and jamming out with your girls?! Bubba’s eclectic vibes (they have crazy lunch boxes hanging from the ceiling and a light up dance floor) make it a must-see even if you just pop in for a quick tour and drinks. Every Friday night is 80’s night, so pack a few costumes in your bag and have your “Breakfast Club” rock out moment on the dance floor!

Blue Spoon (after your Friday night dance party, head here for their Saturday Brunch)

Duckfat (fries over guys - especially these fries. Their sandwiches and salads are beyond good too)

Tandem Coffee (come here for a little caffeine boost!)

Salvage BBQ (big picnic tables and classic comfort food make it a must-do)
