Not what I expected
The color of the item once received is much darker than in your ads. I bought it as a gift and was not able to give it to my niece as she would not have liked the color. I would really like to return. I sent an email about returning and never heard back. Can you help to facilitate? Thank you

I love the products, but when I ordered there wasn’t a place to put in the discount code that I saw and the influencer told me she thought I had to put it on the transaction, but if I reached out to you right then, maybe your company could make it right. I contacted your company and they said they would be glad to do that. Several days later, they contacted me to tell me they couldn’t do it. They said it had to do how I purchased it.
