At Packed Party, we believe in celebrating the big and small moments — and in August, we had the chance to celebrate something extra special: giving back!

From supporting teachers to helping foster children and fighting hunger, this past month reminded us that making an impact doesn’t always mean grand gestures — sometimes it’s as simple as clearing a wishlist, packing a meal, or showing up with a smile (and yes, maybe a little confetti too).

Here's a closer look at what we accomplished together this month — thanks to you.

✏️ Clear The List: 2,000+ Entries, 8 Deserving Teachers, 1 Unforgettable Surprise

When we launched our Clear The List Giveaway, we knew teachers would show up. What we didn’t expect? Over 2,000 entries from educators across the country — sharing wishlists filled with classroom supplies, sensory tools, snacks, and all the little things that help create magic for their students.

We randomly selected eight winners and completely cleared their Amazon wishlists — sending everything from glue sticks to games straight to their classrooms. 

But, while surprising others, we got a fun surprise ourselves! One lucky winner, Julia, was local to us here in Austin! We reached out with the exciting news and had the joy of surprising her in person at The Williams School, an incredibly special school dedicated to teaching children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Seeing her school and face light up as we delivered her wishlist items was a moment we won’t forget anytime soon. 💛

🎒 Back to School Donation to Foster Angels 

This back-to-school season, we partnered with Foster Angels of Central Texas to donate over 30 new backpacks, lunch boxes, and more to children in foster care right here in our community.

Every child deserves to start the school year with confidence, excitement, and their very own new supplies — and we were so proud to help make that happen! From colorful backpacks to confetti pouches, this was our favorite kind of party: one with purpose!

🥫 Packed with Purpose: A Day at Central Texas Food Bank

We wrapped up our month of giving with a volunteer day at the Central Texas Food Bank, where our team helped sort, clean, and pack over 6,150 meals for families in need! We do try and spend a day here as often as we can! It's fun, rewarding - and just one day here reminds us how powerful just a few hours of time (and a lot of teamwork) can be!
