We rode up to party at SXSW!

SXSW officially kicked off this weekend here in Austin, Texas, and we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than bringing the party straight to the streets!!

To start the festival, Maggie, Aimee, and Jess hopped on our bright pink Party Bike, loaded it up with balloons, and cruised down South Congress handing out surprise bags to festival-goers and visitors!

Because if there’s one thing we believe, it’s that the party should always come to you!

A Bike Full of Surprises

Our baskets were packed with 50 surprise swag bags, each filled with a mix of Packed Party favorites. No two bags were the same, which made every grab feel like a mini party.

From curious passersby to groups of festival-goers spotting the balloons from down the street, people stopped us all along South Congress! At some points we were completely swarmed with excitement, and it was every bit of amazing to meet all our party peeps, both new friends and some whom already have been local, long-time fans!

Luckily, we managed to capture a few of the moments in photos.

SXSW Badges, But Make Them Confetti

We also created something extra fun for the festival — confetti-filled badge covers that slipped right over SXSW badges.

Because if you're going to wear your badge all week, it might as well sparkle.

Bringing the Party to SXSW

SXSW is all about creativity, community, and unexpected moments -  and riding through Austin with a bike full of confetti and surprises felt like the perfect way for Packed Party to kick off the festival!

It was colorful, chaotic, and SO 👏🏻 MUCH 👏🏻 FUN 👏🏻! Basically, our favorite kind of party!

Scroll through the photos below to see some of our favorite moments from the weekend.

And if you happened to spot us riding down South Congress… thanks for partying with us!!
