There's something so special about the first day of school. It's a fresh start, a new adventure, and one of childhood's biggest milestones. While birthdays and holidays often get all the confetti, we believe heading back to school deserves just as much celebrating!

To celebrate the launch of our newest Back-to-School Collection, we invited Austin families to join us for the brightest and happiest Back-to-School Bash we could dream up. Our goal was simple: inspire families to turn the first day of school into a celebration filled with creativity, color, and unforgettable memories.

Spoiler alert...the kids absolutely understood the assignment!

A Creative Space Made for Celebrating

There couldn't have been a more perfect venue than Create Art Studio. Every corner was bursting with color, crafts, and opportunities for little imaginations to run wild!

The centerpiece of the event was our colorful craft table, styled with our new Back-to-Cool Partyware to show just how easy it is to turn an ordinary morning into a celebration. Each child had their own complete party place setting alongside a Caboodles organizer waiting to become their masterpiece.

On top of our fun paper table runner, we sprinkled the table with shiny gems, stickers, and colorful embellishments, giving kids everything they needed to bedazzle their Caboodles and create something uniquely their own.

It was the perfect combination of party and play!

Our Incredible Partners Helped Bring the Magic

One of our favorite parts of the day was seeing so many incredible brands come together to help us celebrate families heading back to school.

Evereden helped kids create personalized skincare keepsakes by providing adorable lip gloss keychains and gentle face wash that became part of the decorating fun and filled up their new Caboodle!

Our beauty stations were a huge hit, thanks to Olive & June, Piggy Paint, and OMY, where little guests enjoyed colorful nail art, temporary tattoos, and plenty of giggles.

For budding artists, Tangerine Paint Pens sponsored our "Paint Your Portrait" canvas activity, while another station invited kids to design and paint their very own backpack.

And of course...our Confetti Bar quickly became a fan favorite.

Watching kids carefully scoop, mix, and create their own custom confetti blends might have been one of the happiest sights of the entire event. Because let's be honest—there's no such thing as too much confetti.

Sweet Treats Around Every Corner

No celebration is complete without snacks, and our party table was overflowing with favorites. Families enjoyed popsicles from GoodPop, refreshing Poppi drinks, delicious coffee from Tumbleweed Coffee, and an incredible assortment of treats from brands like That's It, LesserEvil, Fit Joy, SmartSweets, and so many more!! 

There was truly something for everyone to enjoy while they crafted, played, and celebrated together.

The Goodie Bags That Kept the Party Going

We wanted families to leave feeling inspired to create their own Back-to-School Bash at home. Our Party Peeps took home one of our signature tote bags overflowing with party goodies, making the bag itself another fun keepsake that moms can reuse long after the event! Whether for everyday adventures or even as a thoughtful teacher gift.

Inside were new Packed Party essentials, nail stickers from our friends Piggy Paint, Tangerine Paint Pens, more Evereden goodies, OMY stickers, and snacks from all our generous sponsors like Kiid Coffee, Fit Joy, That's It, and so, so many more surprises to continue the partying!

The Moments We'll Never Forget

As families walked through the doors, the reactions were everything we'd hoped for. Little eyes grew wide as they tried to decide where to go first. Some made a beeline for the craft tables. Others headed straight for the Confetti Bar!!! A few couldn't resist the photo booth. One child looked around and asked, "Is this my birthday?"

Those little moments reminded us exactly why we wanted to host this event in the first place.

Back-to-school isn't just about new backpacks and sharpened pencils. It's about celebrating growth, cheering on new adventures, and creating traditions that children will remember long after they've outgrown their lunchboxes. We hope every family left feeling inspired to add a little extra confetti to their own first day of school.
