Well, as party experts, we had to put this trending theme to the test... and let’s just say it was too cute, SO fun, and totally share-worthy. And what better way to celebrate than with a little painting, a lot of sparkle, and a room full of friends?!
For this sixth birthday bash, we took the party to one of our favorite local crafty spots...The Art Garage!! Where the kids painted K-Pop Demon Hunters-inspired pottery, and we brought the PARTY with colorful tableware, disco ball sippers, sparkly accessories, and, of course, endless snacks and birthday cake! The result? A creative, colorful K-Pop Demon Hunters birthday party that was just as fun to throw as it was to attend.

We celebrated at The Art Garage in South Austin, and it was the PERFECT spot for a creative birthday celebration. The Art Garage is a locally owned art studio that has brought creativity to Austin families since 2008. With three locations around Austin, they offer everything from paint-your-own pottery and mosaics to glass fusion, art classes, camps, and birthday parties.
And one of the best things about hosting a kids' birthday party here? The activity IS the entertainment! Instead of planning a bunch of different party games, kids can settle in, get creative, and make something special to remember the day. And with so many fun themes like mermaids, unicorns, dragons... you name it!! You can come up with just about any fun party theme your kiddo is begging for!
For our K-pop Demon Hunters birthday party, the kids painted themed pottery pieces, like Derpy Tiger, swords, mugs, and more. Each guest got to choose their favorite piece and bring it to life with colorful paints while we jammin' to the soundtrack and sipping from Disco Sippers... can't get better than that, right?!
Watching all the kids get creative was such a fun part of the celebration!
Another thing we loved? The studio was already filled with color and creativity, so we didn't need to bring in tons of extra decorations - but we ARE Packed Party after all, so you know we still did!!! With a few fun party essentials, a themed cake, and crafts, we were set to make the space feel birthday-ready!
More Than Just Birthday Parties!
The Art Garage isn't just a birthday destination, either! Austin families can also stop in for pottery painting, sign their kids up for art classes or seasonal camps, or explore other hands-on creative projects.
