Refund policy:
Due to the original nature of each piece, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on the doorstep necklace. All sales are final.  However, if the product is determined to be damaged or defective within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost.  

All Packed Party products are guaranteed for normal wear and tear for up 100 days. If your piece is damaged upon arrival please email us at contact@packedparty.com with photos of the piece and we will replace the item
