Back to school? More like back to FUN! Here at Packed Party, we’re big believers that every day should feel like a celebration — and that includes the first day of school. So when it came time to shoot our latest back to school collection, we packed up all our new products, brought along a few adorable models, and found the perfect local spot to turn up the party.

The location: Baker High... plus a fun fact!

If you’re from Austin (or just a fan of the iconic Friday Night Lights TV show, or Walker), you might recognize the stunning building we chose for our shoot. What was once a bustling high school, Baker High, can now be seen in popular shows like Friday Night Lights (hey, East Dillon!) and Walker, but now it also serves as the headquarters for Alamo Drafthouse, the popular (and our favorite) movie theater chain.

It’s a total nostalgia bomb! The moment we spotted it, we knew it was the ultimate backdrop to make back to school feel like the fun, fresh start it should be.

  

Back to School — Back to FUN

We wanted this shoot to capture a playful, let’s-go-make-some-memories energy that comes with a new school year, and our team did just that! With our mini models popping the Pencil Confetti Poppers, and rocking each new backpack with such style and confidence... we all let our creativity run wild and had so much FUN with this shoot.

With pops of confetti, big smiles, and colorful Packed Party flair, we show just how you can turn a classic first day of school into a full-on celebration.

Meet Our Models: Bailey, Axel, & Aubrey

Of course, we couldn’t have pulled it off without our three incredible young models: Bailey, Axel, and Aubrey. These elementary-aged superstars brought all the personality, from goofy giggles to serious posing skills.

Aubrey kept the whole crew laughing between takes.

Axel was game for every idea, especially running through a confetti storm!

Bailey’s giant grin lit up every shot, and we loved her LOVE for the Bow Backpack she was rocking and owning!

They reminded us exactly why we love making products that spark joy, because seeing kids actually light up? That’s what it’s ALL about... and BTW, this collection was totally kid approved!

   

It wouldn’t be a Packed Party shoot without a few shenanigans, right?

We kicked things off by popping confetti cannons on picture-perfect front steps. Then, since we couldn’t resist a little extra fun, we dashed across the street to the neighborhood park, where everyone — yes, even the adults — took a turn going down the slide decked out in Packed Party gear.

Call it “research” for making sure our back to school collection holds up under serious playground conditions. (Spoiler: it does.)
